Awesome, fun, cool, custom build RV. It’s been to Burning Man several times. It’s very dependable. I just did a 2,000 mile round trip from Denver to The Mojave Desert this summer. Price $8,000 OBO. Will consider trades (see below).

-1998 Turtle Top brand RV (started out as a Hot Air Balloon Chase vehicle owned by the founder of ReMax Real Estate. 170,000 miles put on by professional private driver with strict maintenance requirements.)

-Sleeps four: small jackknife couch in front sleeps two. Queen bed in rear

Things needing finished or fixed:
- rear bedroom walls need to be recovered with RV Luan, or fabric. Not finished completely after spray foam insulation update.
-carpeting has stains. Needs to be pulled and replaced with vinyl boards or carpeting cleaned.
-Passenger side mirror (glass) has fallen out. New complete mirror purchased already but not yet installed.
-Generator cover door has fallen off. New door would be ideal.
-TV cabinet in Class C overhead cabin has been removed. This space needs to be converted to storage.
